. 2009 September - Tonya returned to France where she spent some time in Champagne and Lorraine. She visited the wine cellars of Mumms and Pommery, in Reims, plus local markets, dined in some wonderfully special restaurants, including the Chateau le Fere restaurant in the Champagne countryside, enjoyed superb wine, plus the lush, green and picturesque countryside. . 2008 - On the Ridge Cooking School chef – Tonya Jennings toured France in August and September. She travelled from Paris, throughout provincial France, visited local markets, cooked with some local chefs, including Johannes Sailer in Provence, boated on the Canal du Midi, and attended a Food Photography course in the Vendée with Roger Stowell, an experienced English food stylist and photgrapher. Whilst there, she presented 2 cooking classes at the Provencal Villa Clede, to a group of Melbourne foodies on the Picnics in Provence Culinary Tour. | | |
